The #Tarik3Bulan Promotion, (hereinafter referred to as “#T3B”) is subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- The #T3B terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription (‘Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time. Subscribers who subscribe for the #T3B Promotion are bound to the abovesaid terms and conditions.
- This #T3B Promotion:
- Shall be made available effectively from 00:01hours 28th March 2022 onwards until 23:59 31st July 2022 (“Promo Period”), limited to ONE (1) subscription per mobile number. Tune Talk however reserves the sole right to extend or otherwise discontinue the Promo Period without any prior notice to subscribers.
- Hi-35 #T3B Promotional Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Hi35-T3B plan”)
- The Hi35-T3B plan is priced at RM35.00 and comes with 35GB of hi-speed base data quota and unlimited voice calls to all networks (subject to Fair Usage Policy).
- The Hi35-T3B plan is valid for 90 days and will auto-renew with the Hi-35 Promo plan (35GB hi-speed data valid for 30 days) after expiry to the Hi35-T3B plan, provided there is sufficient balance of RM35.00 in your Tune Talk mobile number or other registered form of payment.
- The 1.5GB Booster (Plan keyword “B3PR”) data booster and 10GB Booster (Plan keyword “B10PR”) data booster are available for the Hi35-T3B plan. The B3PR data booster is priced at RM3.00 and comes with 1.5GB of hi-speed data. The B10PR data booster is priced at RM10.00 and comes with 10GB of hi-speed data. The B3PR data booster and B10PR data booster follows the validity of the Hi35-T3B plan. For avoidance of doubt, if the validity of your active Hi-35-T3B plan is 90 days, your data booster will follow that same period of validity.
- Any hotspot usage will utilize the base data quota and/or boosters (if any).
- Hi-25 #T3B Promotional Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Hi25-T3B plan”)
- The Hi25-T3B plan is priced at RM25.00 and comes with 25GB of hi-speed base data quota and unlimited On-net voice calls (subject to Fair Usage Policy).
- Any usage on video-related sites including YouTube, Netflix and Facebook (including Facebook Messenger) will also utilize the base data quota at the speeds of up to 1Mbps.
- The Hi25-T3B plan is valid for 90 days and will auto-renew with the Hi-25 Monthly plan (25GB hi-speed data valid for 30 days) after the expiry to the Hi25-T3B plan, provided there is sufficient balance of RM25.00 in your Tune Talk mobile number or other registered form of payment.
- The 1.5GB Booster (Plan keyword “B3PR”) data booster is available for the Hi25-T3B plan. The B3PR data booster is priced at RM3.00 and comes with 1.5GB of hi-speed data and follows the validity of your active Hi25-T3B plan. For avoidance of doubt, if the validity of your active Hi25-T3B plan is 90 days, your data booster will follow that same period of validity.
- Any hotspot usage will utilise the base data quota and/or boosters (if any) and speed limits for selected apps apply.
- Eligibility criteria (“Eligibility”):
- All new line activations and successful port-ins only within the Promo Period (Refer to Clause 2 above) via Tune Talk App Self-registration, authorized Tune Talk Partners or direct from Tune Talk’s website.
- Limited to ONE (1) subscription of the #T3B plan (Hi35-T3B OR Hi25-T3B) per mobile number throughout the Promo Period.
- Methods of subscription for eligible accounts (based on mobile number):
- Tune Talk App >> Plans >> #Tarik3Bulan >> Select a plan (Hi35-T3B OR Hi25-T3B)
- SMS – for the Hi35-T3B plan type “Hi35CP” and send to 2222, OR;
- SMS – for the Hi25-T3B plan type “Hi25CP” and send to 2222
- Mechanics:
- Download the latest Tune Talk Mobile Application (TT App).
- Register a new Tune Talk SIM or port-in to Tune Talk within the Promo Period (Refer to Clause 2 above).
- Once SIM registration or port-in is successful subscriber may subscribe to the #Tarik3Bulan plan (Hi35-T3B OR Hi25-T3B plan). These plans will come with 90 days of validity.
- Refer to the methods of subscription in Clause 4 above.
- Tune Talk reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate our subscribers’ Service, plans, data, voice or call subscriptions if Tune Talk has reasonable ground that you are in violation of Tune Talk’s Service Subscription Terms and Conditions or our Fair Usage Policy.
- All queries pertaining to the above #T3B should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 from 8am to 10pm daily.
- All Subscribers that participate in this #T3B are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, as and when so amended from time to time and any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
- Where the Terms & Conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
- The law governing this Terms and Conditions shall be the laws of Malaysia.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
- The Subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated here at https://www.tunetalk.com/my/en/ancillary/tnc/privacy-policy. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
