Tune Talk BIG Points Terms & Conditions:

1. As of 31st January 2018 ALL existing Tune Talk BIG Points accrued until said date will have a 5 (Five) year expiry;
2. Starting from 1st February 2018, ALL new Tune Talk BIG Points that subscribers gain from top ups will have a 2 (Two) year expiry that is collated on a monthly basis e.g.;

3. BIG Points will enable Tune Talk subscribers (“Subscribers”) to obtain and / or purchase items and services from Tune Talk’s own Tune Store as well as enjoy Tune Talk’s promotions;
4. In addition to enjoying benefits and promotions under Tune Talk’s BIG Points offerings, Tune Talk’s Subscribers can also enjoy benefits and promotions under Air Asia BIG’s own BIG Points offerings;
5. Subscribers existing Tune Talk Points will be converted at a ratio of 1:1 to become BIG Points in their Tune Talk account;
6. All Subscribers will only be able to use their BIG Points on the BIG platform once they have a total of 3000 BIG Points on their Tune Talk account. In order to do this, Tune Talk’s Subscribers wishing to use their BIG Points on the BIG Platform will have to notify Tune Talk through Tune Talk’s Customer Care. Tune Talk will assign a BIG identification number (“BIG ID”) to the Subscriber, if they do not already have the BIG ID, and will direct them to AirAsia BIG site to log in.
7. Kindly note that no transfers from other numbers are allowed and once transferred to the BIG platform it cannot be transferred back to the Tune Talk account.
8. Tune Talk Subscribers can check their Big Points in their Tune Talk account by dialling *133# then sending it;
9. The terms and conditions related to the BIG Points can be found at AirAsia BIG.
10. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
11. The terms and conditions herein and related terms and condition pertaining to Tune Talk’s provision of service as stated in www.tunetalk.com shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
12. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
13. The subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated here at http://www.tunetalk.com/my/en/ancillary/tnc/privacy-policy. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
